Healow Patient Portal

Unfortunately the Healow Patient Portal is being discontinued effective June 29, 2026. This decision was made due to the issues facing our patients who also use the separate Healow portals from Boston Mountain Rural Health and Baxter Health that have resulted in messages not reaching our clinic and results not being transmitted to patients correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience but will be moving to a portal-free system that will still allow you to fill out paperwork in advance of your appointment and reach clinical staff without having to leave a voicemail. We will be sharing the new system to patients as they arrive for their upcoming appointments.

NOTE: Messages in Healow may not reach your provider or their nurse after June 26, 2026 and we strongly recommend you call or text us at 479-323-0557.
